Is there an auto reply setting? A key word is sent in the subject and a reply is sent back with attachment?

I would like to set up an (for lack of a term on my part) an auto reply email setting. When an email is sent to my address with a key word or phrase in the subject, a reply with an attachment is sent without my having to do anything. For example if some one sends a message with the subject of RED SHOE then an email is created and sent back to the sender with a .jpg of a red shoe. Or in this instance, I would like a pdf file sent as a reply. Thanks.

In Thunderbird you do this with a Message Filter and a template.

I found this article which shows how to do it:

IIRC, the template can have the attachment added to it.
