I´ve lost all my bookmarks when updated to the latest version of firefox.
which software do I need to open the file where my bookmarks should be inside after updating the version? I´ve tried everything, but I can´t open the file.

You can't open a compressed .jsonlz4 in other software, only Firefox can open such a file via the Bookmarks Manager.
You can check for problems with the places.sqlite database (bookmarks, history) in the Firefox profile folder.

You can restore a JSON backup in the bookmarkbackups folder in the Bookmarks Manager (Library).
- Bookmarks > Show All Bookmarks > Import & Backup > restore
Restoring a JSON backup will replace all current bookmarks.
The name of a JSON bookmarks backup file includes a total item count (folders and separators included) and an hash value to prevent saving the same backup more than once.
- bookmarks-YYYY-MM-DD_<item count>_<hash>.jsonlz4.
Did Firefox perform a Refresh during your update? The tell-tale sign is an Old Firefox Data folder on your desktop with a freshly updated, semi-randomly-named folder inside. You can use this folder to recover bookmarks and various other data. We can explain how if it's relevant.
