You need to explain this a bit more. Q: Is this a POP or IMAP mail account? Q:Is this a new mail account you have just created or is it one that has been used for some time? Q:Are emails being downloaded to folders in thunderbird? Q:Can you see the emails in the Inbox folder or Junk folder or any other folder?
