How to rename a pinned tab
Just installed Firefox and am manually moving my pinned tabs(bookmarks) over from Opera. I have looked for a link to be able to rename the tabs but have not been successful. Could you help? Thank you SRQ

You cannot change definitely the name of tabs because it is defined in the source code of webpages.
If you keep always the same session, consider using an add-on like Rename Tab Title.

If you right-click on a bookmark, click on Properties and change the Name field, is it what you want?
Otherwise you can manage more easily bookmarks with an add-on like https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/addon/roomy-bookmarks-toolbar/.
I understand bookmarks what I was trying to do was change the name of the tab on the bookmark bar
You can make changes to the properties of a bookmark in the Bookmarks Manager (Library) in the Details pane at the bottom right.
- Bookmarks > Show All Bookmarks

The question is about tabs not bookmarks... how do you change the name on a tab. Unless Firefox considers bookmarks and tabs the same. With regard to my question I don't believe that's the case
