Thunderbird Crashes when I add an attachment

Hi All,

In the last few days I've not been able to send any emails with attachments on. I can open and use TBird as normal, I can composea message as normal, but when I click to add an attachment it just crashes. This happens time and again.

I've followed support ideas here and elsewhere, but to no avail.

I've run an MS system checker to check for viruses I've run a full system scan with Avast I've tried turning off the MS Defender app from checking my mail files I've tried restarting windows in safe mode and the problem still occurs.

Here are my latest error logs:
