yOU refuse to not leave my URL blank at startup and waste my time conneting to your support URL which wastes my internet time as I have to delay getting to the web address I really want to get to. the other item keeps getting put on the bottom of my first web page which is affecting my web access site connection initially for NO purpose.

It is possible to remove this notification at the bottom by clicking x. I understand that these messages are frustrating.
You also mentioned that you would like to keep the homepage blank. It is possible to do this by changing the homepage in your preferences to about:blank as the url
