Can you give an example site? Does it still happen in Troubleshoot Mode?

It's not normal behavior, I haven't encountered it or seen other reports of it in recent memory.

Does it still happen in a new profile? An easy way to test a new profile is to install Developer Edition and see if it happens there or refresh your existing profile.

It's a pretty wide hitting bug that many people have been hit by, there are quite a few threads on reddit and other places talking about how Mozilla broke a fairly critical part of the browser in the last updates.

A work around is to highlight some text in the address bar, and right click copy that, then you will find the page is unlocked and you can right click/copy from it too.

Hopefully Mozilla will fix this basic functionality soon.
