Try rebooting the computer.


If the problem is still there, Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link}

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?

In Windows 10 we have seen that this can happen if you run Firefox in Tablet mode and not in Desktop mode. I don't know whether Windows 7 supports this feature.
