Computer running slow possibly due to Norton's Security. Should I also uninstall Norton's VPN Security? I would think I would need some sort of VPN SecurityIM

Computer is running slow and can not get into some web sites since adding Norton's security. Suggestion was to uninstall Norton's. Should I also uninstall Norton's VPN? I would think I would need some sort of VPN Security.

If you think a program is causing an issue, disable it. If the problem goes away, contact its support.
