Redirect not working

I was reading an article on the MoneySavingsExpert website and clicked a link - (https://www.mobilephonechecker.co.uk/external-links/-/Voxi/-/11244025). It opened a new tab in Firefox but fialed to load the redirected page - it just displayed "redirecting" and hung.

I opened Firefox in Safe Mode and everything then worked fine.

I then opened Firefox in "Normal" mode, disabled all add-ons but the redirect problem remains. Anyone? thanks
