How do i change my primary email address if i no longer have access to it to recieve verification information

I no longer have access to the email address i used to set up my firefox account. there is provision to add a secondary email address then convert this to the primary email address but this needs to be verified through the primary email address ( that i no longer have access to ?)

If you no longer have access to the old primary Firefox account then your only option is to create a new Firefox account with an email address that you can confirm (verify). You can setup a secondary email address to an email service like Gmail with the new account to avoid such issues.
