I can't download some pdfs, notably my bank statements. I CAN download some pdfs. Eg, I can download my car manual (although it's a process of downloading it to my Google Drive). However, trying to download my bank statements, Firefox gives me no options at all, and, indeed, I get an error message. Yet I CAN download my bank statements using Google Chrome! I've carefully checked all my Firefox settings, but nothing seems to address this problem. I've spoken to my bank, and they don't know why I can't download them either. When I try to download the statements, I get a screen saying it can't give me a 'Preview' (see attached screenshot), but there's a 'Download button. When I click that I get a white screen with the 'error' message:

Hi, I'm still using Windows 7. Yes probably that's a cause but I'm not sure how. I'm using Firefox 115.38.0esr. Now for a while I've been finding it difficult to log into eBay. I'd try and log on and get this message "SORRY

I'd go to the homepage and successfully log in. Then it took more than one try. Now I can't log in at all. I can still log in on a buying only account. It doesn't allow me to use the password, but it will accept access via text message. With the seller accounts, it doesn't give the option for access via text message only. Can this be fixed by Mozilla? I removed all extensions, and reset by PC to an earlier backup in case corruption was a cause. I've also deleted the cash.

I have always accessed my LinkedIn account on Firefox. Suddenly today, my PW does not work, and my email address for PW reset does not return a PW reset link. Cleared cache without success. I can access LinkedIn on Chrome. Can you suggest what I have done to my Firefox to cause this? Thanks!

Some files that are visible in my PC's directory are not visible to Firefox to upload to attach to a Google g-mail, even though they are visible and uploadable to g-mail in Chrome. I created 4 similar (all pdf) files (printed from Adobe), but only 2 are visible to Firefox!!??

This has happened before. I try re-creating the invisible files, but have no success.

Unless I can fix this issue, I'll have to stop using Firefox.

Noticed a random problem over the last few months with Firefox currently running Mac OS 13.7.8 and Firefox 153. Problem started a few version back with Firefox.

I use gmail while viewing emails in FF I will click a link, tab to review information and I receive ---

Looks like there is a problem with this site 400 bad request. site could be unavailable or busy try again later.

I then proceed to another browser on the machine - Duck Duck, Chrome, Safari and ever browser connects fine, so the problem lies strictly with Firefox as there is no problem with the connection.

I saw a few items to check on the internet but none resolve the annoying issue.

Can anyone advise a solution before I decide to move to another operable browser.

when i use Chrome or edge to access yahoo email I can write & edit. when using Firefox browser; I cannot write & edit/highlight/change text colours etc before sending. tried deleteing & re-installing Firefox . please help. Driving me crazy rsvp

Windows 11 PC using latest Firefox browser.

Suddenly, today, I can no longer sign in to my usual grocery shopping account, which I have been using without problems for many years. Firefox takes me to the home page but, when I try to sign in, the sign in page just keeps reloading and will not allow me to enter a username or password. I have cleared cache, cookies, and browser data, disabled virus/malware detection, turned off Windows fast start, restarted the PC but it makes no difference. I can sign-in using Chrome with no problem at all.

Firefox 153.0.1 (64-bit), Windows 11. Immediately after this update, Yahoo Mail began showing a persistent "No internet connection" banner over the search field. Mail loads and receives normally — new messages arrive in real time while the banner is displayed — so the connection is fine. The banner covers the search field, so I cannot search my mail.

Tried without success: cleared cookies and site data for yahoo.com; unregistered the mail.yahoo.com service worker via about:serviceworkers; toggled Enhanced Tracking Protection off and on for the site; removed all extensions; restarted Windows several times.

Yahoo Mail works correctly in Vivaldi on the same machine, same network, same account. It was not happening on the previous Firefox version and nothing else on the machine changed.

Has anyone else seen this since 153.0.1?

Ever since I updated to 153, the FedEx website goes unresponsive after it pulls up a tracking number: I have to force quit Firefox to get out of this problem. No other website that I use has this issue. Everything else works just fine. What could be the issue here?

Hey, I recently started using the Firefox browser, and I have a lot of websites. Sometimes I manage my websites on firefox for the last 1, 2 weeks, whenever I open my website https://manatoki.click/, it sometimes shows a 404 error: site doesn't exist.

It doesn't happen every time but sometimes this issue comes. Then if I open the website again in a new tab, it opens fine. This only happens with Firefox for me. Why is this happening? Is it a host or server connectivity issue, or should I just ignore it?

Suddenly https://unifi.ui.com console doesn't work on Firefox anymore, but it does on other browser, it even works on mobile app.

It works on Chrome e.g.

Suport from Unifi can't help they say it a Firefox problem.

I have problem with endless cptchas -mostly on Facebook and now it began on my banking page - it used to verify via my phone- now it is constant captchas. When I use another browser- I do not have this issue. It is so annoying I may stop using Firefox. I'd much rather have google puzzle. The "no captcha" extensions do not work! I really prefer Firefox, but you need to stop with the captchas and use google puzzle or some other verification method.

the bill pay feature has worked for years on firefox. when I asked merrill edge about the feature not working, they asked me to use another browser. So I used Chrome, and the bill pay feature works.

I have been using Firefox for a long time to access Aldi. Now it goes to the login page, but will not let me input my email or phone number. The word Aldi is in its place and will not let me input anything. I can't even get rid of the name Aldi from it. I can use Edge with no problem at all, but I don't use Edge. What could be my problem with FireFox? I've tried all the troubleshooting tricks I can find online, but nothing works. Aldi, which is tied with Instacart informed me that it was a problem with Firefox. The actual website for Aldi is listed below. Please advise.

Hi everyone! I have a couple issues that I'm encountering for an otherwise solid experience.

1. Scrolling with my touchpad or touchscreen on my laptop is choppy with Firefex while being smooth as butter using Edge and Chrome. It's on a specific website with a ton of pictures - Slickdeals.net. No problems with all other websites. The issue is w or w/o hardware acceleration.

2. I thought I found something great with Firefox's option to disregard a site's native font...so that my chosen option will override every site. Instead, it's showing up on only a handful of sites I use. More confounding is the fact that changing font size is not taking effect...when I choose 'reader view' those options work perfectly but going into the main settings just won't act accordingly. I'm also on the Microsoft forum talking about help with a virus but I'd like to know if anyone else is struggling with this...thanks!

When I login to Google, I'm usually asked to do more than 1 catcha. Sometimes, they continue until I can't do any more and use Google Chrome. I have poor eyesight, and this is getting very annoying.

Recently, suddenly, the audio files on my website no longer produce sound in Firefox browser. They work fine on other browsers and all phones I tested. Can that be fixed by Mozilla, or myself? Website is JesusChrist.com
