When I try to access certain accounts (songza) it asks for my email address and won't accept it. Also the website says www.unblock-us.com. How do I access?
When I google sites I get an error message that asks me for my email address. I type my email address in and it says it doesn't exist.
The website is www.unblock-us.com from. I'm guessing that these are us websites and I'm getting this error? but we use to have access to SONGZA but now we can't get on to it and the above message pops up?

Hello,
Try Firefox Safe Mode to see if the problem goes away. Safe Mode is a troubleshooting mode, which disables most add-ons.
(If you're not using it, switch to the Default theme.)
- You can open Firefox 4.0+ in Safe Mode by holding the Shift key when you open the Firefox desktop or Start menu shortcut.
- Or open the Help menu and click on the Restart with Add-ons Disabled... menu item while Firefox is running.
Once you get the pop-up, just select "'Start in Safe Mode"
If the issue is not present in Firefox Safe Mode, your problem is probably caused by an extension, and you need to figure out which one. Please follow the Troubleshoot extensions, themes and hardware acceleration issues to solve common Firefox problems article for that.
To exit the Firefox Safe Mode, just close Firefox and wait a few seconds before opening Firefox for normal use again.
When you figure out what's causing your issues, please let us know. It might help other users who have the same problem.
Thank you.
Unblock-us appears to be a VPN service that some people might use to bypass restrictions on their ability to access certain sites. If you are not using this services, then naturally you can't log into it. What's odd is why you are getting their page at all.
I think the above recommendation about checking whether it could be one of your add-ons is a good one.
You might also check your Firefox connection settings to see whether you traffic is going through an unexpected network.
Firefox menu > Preferences > Advanced > Network mini-tab > "Settings" button
No Proxy or Use system settings should behave the same as Safari.
