a certain number "254" of a shopping website (sears.com) appears on my web screen in nearly all websites i visit( Wikipedia, Youtube, etc) i wanto to know what it is and how to stop it
The number in question operates as a window in which when you click it automaticaly opens and stays open in watever web page you use. in short it doesn't go away and if you press the content of the window you are taken to that specific shopping website (sears.com). it's really bothersome it's always there on the upper right corner of the screen in nearly all pages i acess

Do a malware check with some malware scanning programs on the Windows computer.
You need to scan with all programs because each program detects different malware.
Make sure that you update each program to get the latest version of their databases before doing a scan.
