GUI is distorted with Hardware acceleration enabled.

The Upper Gui is all distorted and flickers when HW acceleration is enabled. But everything is fine when its disabled.

  • Tools > Options > Advanced > General > Browsing: "Use hardware acceleration when available"

If disabling hardware acceleration works then check if there is an update available for your graphics display driver, otherwise you need to keep hardware acceleration disabled.
