Firefox process keeps running after closing

If i close Firefox i cannot reopen it afterwards because the process is still running in the taskbar. I already disabled all plugins and addons but this didn't work. I tried to uninstall and reinstall (without deleting personal data) without success. If i start firefox in safe mode the problem also occures. If i start firefox with another user on my pc there is no problem.

Anyone an idea?
