why wont my emails print, they look fine in print preview, but then prints a blank page

i go to emails on isp and print preview and all looksfine on screen then press print and all that comes out is a blank page - why?

Are you using File > Print Preview in Firefox?
Or are you talking about a "Print" view button on the web mail page?

If that is happening from the Firefox Print Preview window when using the Print... button there, try doing a reset of your printer preferences as explained here:
