over Flash causes horizontal 1px pixel offset

The layer with content is above a Flash element (not visible). The layer above is offset 1 pixel to the right with slices through all page elements: scroll-bars, graphics etc. This is a horizontal offset - look at the attached image... Using Mac FF 3.6.3

Same problem, in Firefox 3.6.3 on Mac OS X 10.6
