Video stops after a short time when VPN activated

If i want to watch a video that has geoblocker and i switch VPN on, some videos stop after a short time (2-3 min) and if i refresh the page it will again run only for a short time after choosing the scene and continue watching. Some other videos on the same page just run fine with VPN on, without any interruptions. Why is that and what to do?

maybe it is not a VPN issue, caus the video will load again and play for another 3 mins after selecting another quality in the player.
