what is going on i need to sign in

The issue seems specific to your computer setup, so I'm wondering how this be sorted out by a third party I see you are using Win 10 which being dated, may not have working security protocols to access certain sites. There are many thing you could try and test, but you haven't indicated that you have looked into this personally, so how to look into this further, from a remote perspective is difficult. So what have you done? Updated Win, Restarted Windows - not Power Off Cleared any cache and cookies etc. that may have old login credentials etc.
