It's in browser menu "Help" › "About Firefox" — it will check for updates there.

Or you can find any pending updates in Settings — it also has a section "About Firefox" in the sidebar.

It will eventually update on its own as well.

There seem to be similar reports support.mozilla.org/questions/1595066 — nobody was able to capture any useful profile or logs yet — so it's possible it's not a problem on your side specifically, but nobody knows anything more at this point :(

Wendy, please update — there's a fix today: firefox.com/firefox/153.0.4/releasenotes — if you open your "About" window to check for updates, it should already be offered to you there.

I'm old, so pardon my stupid question: How do I get to my "about" button?
