is there any way old emails can be retreived after deleting them to the bin. I thought sending them to the bin folder still retained them in archive status, but trying to look back more than the 3 months current in & out boxes They don't appear to be there

If you have emptied the recycle bin, the odds grow poorer each day. BUT, it's possible, depending on how long ago the files were dleleted. This article gives a good overview and direction. Good luck. https://www.lifewire.com/how-to-recover-deleted-files-2622870
