I have just transferred my website to crazy domains and in order to set up email they need DNS records for thunderbird. I dont know how to access this. Could you please provide these for me.

Thunderbird is a mail client, it accessed the mail server you specify using DNS.

You need to look at what you have as a mail server in DNS with your old provider, my guess is mail was part of that package.
