Can't forward and email on my Chromebook
I'm using Thunderbird on my Chromebook. I can't use the pointer to open the "more options" menu (the three dots) in the email to get to forward and other options. Hovering over the dots shows the "More Options" message, but clicking does not open the menu. I have a touch screen chromebook and discovered that I can touch the three buttons and it opens. Once the menu is opened, the mouse pointer works to select forward and the other options.

Hi Cameron
When you say pointer, are you using some type of stylus. Is the screen touch screen? Does the 3 dot menu work when using your finger?

I'm using a trackpad on a laptop Chromebook, so it's a mouse cursor. The Chromebook happens to have a touchscreen, and the three dot menu works when I touch it with my finger, but not when use the cursor. All other menus and selections work with the cursor.
I don't have a chromebook to try and replicate your issue however I did connect a USB mouse to my phone and the mouse pointer worked fine on the three dot menu.
Does the same issue occur with other three dot menu's within the app such as the one in the toolbar at the top of the compose screen? Does the issue occur within similar three dot menu's in any other Android app?
You could log a bug report on github and see if the TB dev's can offer any insight. It may equally be an issue in the underlying chromeos or it's android environment.
