How to enable the free Firefox VPN?

I read the article about having 50 GB of free VPN use after I updated Firefox today to version 149.0; however, I don't see anywhere where I can enable the VPN. I've checked in the "Customize Toolbar" section, and I still couldn't find anything. I don't understand, the article made it sound like I should have access, but I've also read that it's not out for everyone yet?

Yeah, only some users got it. Not how that was done, but have a look at the screenshot

This "VPN in Firefox" feature is experimental and is being introduced to the Firefox user base through a progressive rollout starting in Fx 149.0. It may not yet be available to all users.

Users will have 50 gigabytes of data monthly in the U.S., France, Germany and U.K. to start. Available in Firefox 149 starting March 24.

I also cannot see anywhere to activate the free VPN. I have Firefox 150 and am situated in France.

Why only U.S., France, Germany and U.K. ? These people don't really need a VPN. CUBANS DO NEED IT because half of websites are blocked in Cuba and not by the Cuban ISPs. Why don't you provide the service to people that REALLY need it?
