I see similar requests. Is there a way for users with multiple email addresses to have unified folders for more than just the inbox?

Other Unified folders are not currently supported.
It's on the roadmap to extend this with Outbox, Drafts, Sent, Spam and Trash as unified folders. https://github.com/thunderbird/thunderbird-android/issues/9370
