hi I have a mail adress rodeo1958@gmx.fr on caramail all is working but if I add a mail account it does not succeed , : problem of identifier or password... what happen ? i have check the email and pass both are right. thanks for helping me ... marc

Some email providers, such as gmx.com, require that you first authorize IMAP or POP from a setting in the online account. I am unfamiliar with gmx.fr, but possibly worth checking. I did see this URL that may be useful:
