I have marked them as spam but they keep coming to my inbox and I would like to avoid deleting those emails, just preventing them from arriving.

Hola, Son exactamente los mismos remitentes? a veces tienen el mismo nombre pero la dirección de correo cambia. Los clientes de correo no pueden evitar que lleguen solo marcarlos como Spam y enviarlos a dicha carpeta o la carpeta de borrados mediante una regla. Para que no lleguen dichas cuentas deberian ser informadas por muchos usuarios como generadores de spam entonces los servidores bloquean el dominio
