When I have multiple pages open and navigate off the page and work on something else using another program, When I hove over the Firefox icon in my Windows 10 taskbar it shows multiple pages in the fly out menu. What I'd rather have is simply a return to all the full screen tabs. The issue is intermittent, due to my newness to Firefox. Is there some way to change this?

You do not seem to be using standard terminology, I assume you mean tab previews when hovering over the Windows taskbar. The setting is in Firefox → ≡ Menu (top right corner)→ ⚙️ Options → ⚙️ General → Tabs (this is a section of the Options/General page) → "Show tab previews in the Windows taskbar". See Tab preferences and settings

That did solve my issue. Thank you. And you're right, my terminology sucked! I work 18 hours a day and I'm completely fried! :) Again, thank you for your assistance.
