I want to move messages out of the inbox, but i'm not given the option

I have a series of messages that i placed in a separate folder, but they also remain in the inbox, and when i try the "move messages" button, it only gives me the option of moving messages into the inbox they're already in.

Also, Firefox's 'contact us' button seems to be a circular joke.

Are you talking about an e-mail web site, or an e-mail browser like Thunderbird?
