Firefox is crashing when you try using it? Or does it just not do anything? Or closes?

Why did you post the link? Is that what you are trying to get to?

In the address bar, type about:crashes<enter>. Note: If any reports do not have BP- in front of the numbers/letters, click it to submit them.

The crash report is several pages of data. We need the report numbers to see the whole report.

Using your mouse, mark the most recent 7 - 10 crash reports, and copy them. Now go to the reply box and paste them in.

but I don't want to submit anything anywhere, I just want to view them myself! Tried about:crashes right now - it is completely empty even though my Firefox crashes at least 4 times daily.

Is it Firefox that is crashing? Then a Crash Report window should open. Or is Firefox just closing for no apparent reason?

Or is the computer crashing?

Please give us as many details as you can. What were you doing at the time? What web page/site?
