I called an administrator. Please wait.

Never post any personal information because an adware robot could find it, and start sending you all kinds of spam. This includes e-mail, phone, and home information.

Hi there,

Apologies for the delay, I am happy to help if you are still having issues. It sounds like the email that you are receiving does not have the 'verify account' button. You can view the original email through the mail service interface.

I believe you should be able to right click on the email message in the browsers, and select "View Page Source", the link will be in there.

It may be easier to also check the settings of the Message Display - see if throttling HTML to view the message in a different way. http://www.earthlink.net/webmail/help.../preferences.html
