I have no doubt. Windows 10 depending on how it was installed or whether it just decided to which it can if and when it wants to so it changed your Video Card Drivers to Microsoft's. Microsoft Basic Display Driver, driverDate: 6-21-2006 The drivers shown here are riddled with error messages. It is a long list and not going to paste as will mean nothing and does not help you.

So if you have a Idea what the card is or can open the case if it is a desktop and find make/model your can go to the manufactures site to see if there is any drivers for it and if they still support it.

Other way is well basically 3 manufacturers : NVIDIA, AMD & IBM Can try their online Identifying tools : NVIDIA : Auto-Detect Your GPU : https://www.geforce.com/drivers AMD : Automatically Detect and Install Your Driver https://support.amd.com/en-us/download IBM : https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/detect.html There maybe drivers or there may not be drivers depending if the support cycle has ended or not. You may be able to Download the last update for it. Another way is to go to the Manufacturers software let's say Dell and look to see if there is a Driver.

If non of those options work You should Create a System Restore Point go to the Device Manager and Delete it under : Display Adapters (note look for old card name while in there) and Sound Video and Game Controllers, Audio Input also. Note : looking for old Video Card Name and only Deleting Microsoft Drivers. These will be reinstalled at next Boot. Other Option is to : Go to all the same Places and Right Click and Look For Update, doubt this will work.

If is a Desktop other option is buy a new card and stuff it in yourself. ( I build mine) Just take old out of Motherboard stretch out of the way. and leave cables attached. Install new one then find the matching cables and exchange places.

So......u'blockedGfxCard is one of the errors and it is a NVIDIA Do not trust some of these sites it is just to show the issues https://www.google.ca/search?q=u%27blockedGfxCard&ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8&client=firefox-b&gfe_rd=cr&dcr=0&ei=u4cYWu2ULZKy-gO0za-IBQ

Failing all else there is a program called Driver Max always know how to boot when cpu does not, backuo or create restore points and it is use at own risk.

I'm not sure exactly what you mean by everything looks blurry. Is this a problem with text being fuzzy, images being fuzzy? Does the problem affect the toolbar icons or web pages, or both?
