Firefox crash... wont open ...nothing works
Without any previous issue, MOZILLA Version 5.2.3 would not open . Needless to say ran anti virus & anti malware, Uninstalled & Reinstalled MF... tried opening in Safe Mode, ... went through all troubleshooter..... NO JOY & no change.

Crash Reporter window would not even send Crash ID code/link..... Desktop working fine in every other respect.
Crash reporter box reads "Abort Message: ###!!! ABORT: new XPCJXContext failed to initialise .............. Any ideas please?

Turning off SP in MB allowed me to reloaded FF. Turning on SP thereafter did not close down FF. So thats a solution of sorts although inconvenient. I'm very grateful to you.
I do have other problems with FF namely it will no longer permit Rapport Trusteer to function. I presumed this was due to Windows XP MB. Do you have any ideas on that? ( were bound to XP a little longer on this device).
Also, our MB wount allow Exploit or Ransomeware Protection to come on!
Waiting for a suggested fix from them. Any thoughts?

in regards to trusteer rapport i don't know an answer - however in general i would strongly advise against using it all together. over the past years it has been a known and recurring source of crashes/instability with firefox unfortunately...
Than you Philipp, Any ideas about why exploit protection wont stay on?
