When filing out documents, such as surveys, a msg pops up saying that the page has expired. I can resend to get it back, but then the same msg appears.
I get a window asking me to resend data, I say yes, the page comes back, and then expires again. All previous data seems gone.

Hi, not sure if this is relevant, but that can happen if you use the Back arrow. Perhaps that is what you did?
No, I was typing in info when this event happens - happens more than once when I'm working on these types of "fill-out the form" stuff.
Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web Link} by holding down the <Shift>
(Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox.
A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh).
Is the problem still there?
