You mean you want to hide or move the standard items:

Show All Bookmarks Bookmark This Page Subscript to This Page (if applicable) Bookmark All Tabs Bookmarks Toolbar Other Bookmarks

There isn't a built-in way to do that. There are many bookmark-related add-ons so maybe one of them has that feature? You can search among the available add-ons starting here:

I see this one for the menu that drops from the toolbar, I don't know whether it works on the "classic" top menu bar as well:
