how can I download and install Mozilla Firefox on my Microsoft Window phone (free download) if any
Certain games that I am trying to play say I need the Adobe Flash which this phone do not have that particular Application and it's telling me that Mozilla Firefox and my phone are compatible please help

Firefox is only available for desktop Windows, Mac OSX and Linux. Mobile Firefox for Android and the "Firefox OS" used on some budget phones and some new Panasonic Tv's. More recently Mozilla has a Firefox shell browser for iOS.
Mozilla does not have any version of Firefox for any Windows Mobile devices whether Release or in development.
