TB Ver 38,3,o does not allow STARTTLS account setting up on POP configuration while there in no problem with IMAP which we do not use. The error message at manual configuration is "User and Password do not match" ,which is ot true though.

On the same server TB38.2.0 did not have any problem. How to fix ???
