Running Windows XP Professional version 2002, with SP 3 ESET NOD32 antivirus 7


When I try to Update Firefox to Version 31 the files are downloaded but fail to instal. Error message says "failed to install".

If I try to instal version 31 from scratch the installer runs for ages downloading files then fails to complete the instalation.

Any Ideas welcome, Phil
