We are experiencing a display issue with our Wix-built website when accessed via Firefox Mobile (iOS). After troubleshooting with Wix Support, they confirmed the site’s code is clean and the issue is not on their end. Their official response was that this is a Firefox-specific problem and outside of Wix’s control. They advised us to reach out directly to the Firefox iOS Mobile development team for resolution.

Here is the relevant excerpt from Wix Support:

“This is an issue that is related to their browser specifically. So this will have to be fixed by Firefox. We suggest reaching out directly to their team for a fix to be put in place.”

We would appreciate guidance on whether this is a known compatibility issue, and if not, how we can collaborate to resolve it so that our site functions properly on Firefox Mobile.

Steps to Reproduce:

Open Firefox Mobile on iOS (latest version).

Navigate to our Wix site: moversandshakersdance.com/enroll

Try and fill out the form and experience the random zooming issues after text input on form fields.

Observe that as you go through the form Firefox randomly zooms in creating a frustrating user experience.

Compare with Safari/Chrome on iOS — site displays correctly there.

Using Firefox browser with iPhone 17 ( basic) Having a hard time deleting shortcuts. Do not want any shortcuts. Can I disable them altogether ? I press and hit delete. Sometimes 4 times and it still has not deleted.

Any help would be appreciated.

Firefox v149.1 on iPadOS 26.4. saved credentials (username , password) are not being autofilled, unlike in ios. Even when only 1 entry per site exists, this needs to be selected manually. Steps to reproduce: - Log into site for which 1a single credential is stored - Bar above keyboard does not show the available username, but just autofill - Selecting autofill produces list of usernames, but does NOT autofill username - Same behavior for password

Upgrade to FF on IOS 26.3.1 did not transfer bookmarks and passwords - nor did it sync. The good thing about that is I do still have passwords on my iphone but none of the methods for syncing are working. I spent 11 hours on this yesterday - is there a simple fix? Tried using old profile and that didn't work.

I'm a fairly heavy shortcuts user, and recently within the last couple weeks, they've stopped navigating to the intended page. When you click them the shortcuts and the iOS keyboard close, but the browser does not navigate. How can I fix this?

I can’t take test from this . It is asking to update the latest version while I am already using the latest version of Mozilla Firefox . So please check this issue and help me to continue my work so that I can use it properly

Ever since the update to iOS 26.4, I’m unable to access insecure or untrusted sites. I first noticed this when trying to get to some devices on my local network, but I tested an insecure site on the internet and it happened there too. What’s weird is that Safari does still let me access these sites after proceeding through the warning as expected (albeit with a refresh which is new, maybe a bug), but Firefox will just load for a split second and stop.

Just a quick rundown of some additional info:

- Firefox has been updated to the latest version, 149.0. - The local sites are ones I’ve previously given trust to - Firefox has local network access enabled in settings - This also occurs on iPadOS 26.4 - I did some more testing while writing this and it seems intermittent? For example, I have a server with several docker containers, and I can access some of them if I put the port in with the IP but others I can’t. I also have a device that I can get to via hostname but not IP. - I also downloaded Chrome to test things there and I get the “this connection isn’t private” message with the option to proceed anyway, and I’m able to access these sites there.

I’m not sure if this is something on Firefox’s end, Apple’s end, or a combination of the two. Either way, I wanted to see if there was anyone else experiencing this issue or if it’s just me.

My new phone did not restore my apps so I just downloaded Firefox to phone and tried to sync via my new Mozilla account. When I open Firefox on phone now, it just opens Google so I can’t do the scan

Hello, I’m here to ask, how do I install extensions? I have the Firefox app downloaded but when I try to install BTRoblox, Roblox+, and etc. It shows me an “Download Firefox and get the extension”. Now, I think there’s an issue with the add-ons memory card. Because it would take me to a page of mozilla.org. And there the only thing it’s says is “Almost there! Now finish installing Firefox.” Even if I have the app downloaded, I’m on an iPad and I need multiple extensions to download. How do I fix this?

I like to switch tabs in the iOS app with some gesture. Is that possible?

The only thing I found in the documentation is that some keybinding exists, but I do not have a keyboard attached to my phone.

I also found some old request and some Reddit posts that swiping the address bar would do the trick. This did not work for me.

I am hoping for something like a three finger swipe anywhere, but have not spent much thought on a perfect UI integration.

I love to learn how to make switching TABs by gesture work.

I just had an update for my desktop version of Firefox and it announced that VPN was or would soon be available for the desktop That made me wonder about it being available on the app. Thanks, Bill
