I have been logging into Facebook forever. Suddenly today I get to the login page, click on continue and I get the white dialog box but no fields to enter my login data. I don't know if Mozilla did an update or not and broke that feature. It is the only thing I can think of that would cause the issue.

My name is Debbie. Years ago I chose to make my homepage to get to my email as the AOL Homepage. I have always accessed it via Firefox. Never any problems, until about a week and a half ago.

When I get onto the AOL homepage, there is a big square for stories that automatically shift from one to the next. On the right is always a picture related to the story. On the right is always a short text to describe the story/image - that is, until recently.

Out of nowhere, the text will not show up but ONLY in my Firefox Browser. Since I thought it was an AOL problem, I spoke with a Tech Support "Expert" (his word). I gave him remote ability to move around to find out the problem. He had thought it was McAffee and Privacy defender, so he turned both of those off. He also said that he went to Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome and called up the AOL homepage and the text was there. So he said it's a Firefox problem.

I am hoping there is even just ONE person who sees this and knows about the AOL homepage viewed via the Firefox browser. Someone who can tell me if this is just happening to both MY laptop AND my husband's laptop, or if it's a problem having something to do with not being compatible with Google Chrome? That's what my husband found and read to me.

It's not a serious or urgent problem, it's just what I've gotten used to. So if anyone can shed any light on why this happened out of nowhere and if there's a way to fix it, PLEASE respond.

i go to chrome have no problem getting and keeping Facebook i have closed and enable the extensions removed some and it either does not work or takes for ever in the version of Facebook. . I keep checking if Facebook is down there are limited problems but i do not see the problems in Chrome. if this keeps up i will be going to chrome which i really do not want to

I'm trying to log on to Canada Life. They tell me that I have to use Google Chrome (preferred) but they also include Mozilla Firefox which is what I thought I'm using to get this support.? What gives?

AirTable.com online app attached documents are downloading when selected to view. Not a problem in 148. Not happening on other browsers.

My URLs safeeenergyanalyst.org and safeeenergyanalyst.com do not redirect to https://russlowes.wordpress.com/blog/ on Firefox, but do on Chrome and Edge. I cannot figure this out, and have contacted GoDaddy and they say it is a Firefox issue.

Since your last update on 13th Feb 2026, we have not been able to receive any emails on the computer. All phones and iPads do ! We keep seeing "Captcha " requesting us to match items, etc., then when we do and get them all right, it pops up a message "Oops, Something went wrong." Our Wi-Fi provider, Spark.co.nz, suggested that Firefox has something like a firewall stopping the emails from coming through. Your thoughts or comments would be appreciated. We have used other "Browsers" which allow them to do so, but would rather have Mozilla Firefox, which gives us no problem whatsoever with all other Apps and Websites.

Hey, i am since 30. 03.2026 from windows 11 to linux mint changed, in firefox- browser amazon musik unlimited doesn`t work. But i have there all of my musik and i`ll missed it so. Is there no option to here my musik?

The past 2 days When watching Peacock, after a commercial is done it freezes but yet the show is back on. Only way to watch the show is to move the mouse after all commercials. So this is new. I watched peacock on EDGE, no glitches. I checked my speed test...all is good. Frustrating, i'm used to firefox....so FIREFOX is not compatible to Peacock. and i installed Firefox again since it was running slow, crashing glitches,& non responsive...

I have previously enjoyed firefox very much. After the latest update I am now unable to login to bluehost, nor can i copy from chatgpt any more. What happened. I can do the same in Chrome.

Sorry folks, this is really confusing for me and it kind of snuck up on me like fading breaks on a car.

"This" computer is my main one and I use it the most.

I load youtube and get the usual list of suggestions. If I moved my mouse over any, they would start to play and I would "preview" them on that screen. I could select if I wanted the audio and subtitles.

All was good.

Fire fox has updated and the O/S has also over time and "recently" the "preview" stopped. (Oh well. Such is life.) I didn't think much of it.

Then the other day I was on ANOTHER machine (different O/S, similar/same plugins) and loaded youtube just for the sake of it and as I moved the mouse over the clips: I got the "preview".

I've shared the data from this machine. Kind of difficult to do it in/on THIS post from the OTHER machine also.

For clarity: It used to work. I didn't change any settings in any of the plugins/addons or FF settings. They were "working" as I wanted and so there was no reason to change them. I am guessing this is a "easy thing to fix" but the specifics of what I need to do is beyond me at this point.

I'd appreciate some guidance in how t find the difference between the two machine's settings so I can get the preview to work again.

Just to put it out there too: I have a "squillion" tabs open. They all seem to work and unless I really get carried away with things, Firefox 95% of the time behaves itself. Now and then it "locks up" and stops responding. The best solution is a total reboot and restart.
