Our Website will not pull up on Firefox. It will come up on Internet Explorer. We have done what Google said to do.

Our website hrmotorsspringville.com has been down for over a month. We have done everything Google told us to do and it is still not coming up on Firefox. We are having to tell all our customers to go through Internet Explorer.

Hi hrmotors,

The reason is Your Domain is used by spreading Malware and other harm full contents. So Google Search added a warning label on Your Website.

You can get more details from Google's Diagnostic page

According to Mozilla's security policy, We could not remove the warning from any harmful websites without clearing the harmful contents.

You can contact Your Server Admin for more Help.

Thanks, we have already done all that and Google says they will take it down, but that has been weeks ago.

Google Chrome also still reports this website as: The Website Ahead Contains Malware!

So this site still isn't clean.

the details page for the warning shows that the malware was last seen over a month ago - however you'll have to contact google's support in order to resolve the issue, since this list of malware affected sites is maintained by google alone...

Thank you, we have contacted Google so far they have done nothing.

have you tried it through this form for false positives yet?: http://www.google.com/safebrowsing/report_error/?tpl=mozilla

edit: this is probably a wrong link since it is used for phishing protection - the anti-malware list is separate from that...

edit2: use http://support.google.com/webmasters/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=168328 & https://www.stopbadware.org/request-review instead
