Hi, I'm trying to direct my AOL mail to my optimum mail. I have checked all the setting and I have been working with both AOL and Optimum for the past month. I can send mail through my aol account that I added to my optimum account but when i go to retrieve the mail it tells me that my webtop can't connect. Was told that it was a setting with firefox.

I asked the same question, they told me it was the browser I was using. A setting was stopping incoming mail.
