Is there a way to list all devices linked together in Firefox Sync and remotely deactivate it on a selected device? I'm thinking of the situation where a laptop is stolen and wanting to remotely deactivate sync (and scrub the data) on that device. Thanks.

No, in that case you need to change the password for the sync account first and then also generate a new sync key (in this order)
