Cant get into Comcast Inbox from PreviewPage and told Firefox is corrupted as works fine on IE
I have two other comcast email accounts that I can access normally but my home account after recognizing password will not progress beyond the "PREVIEW INBOX" page. Comcast has tried and all works fine on their end. I can access home account normally on Internet Explorer. Tech told me sounds as if Mozilla has become corrupted and I must completely uninstall and then re-install. Don't want to loose all my bookmarks/links/etc. Anything else I can do to fix this? Thank you.

Switch to the Xfinity Connect Lite interface in Xfinity preferences when using IE. Then you will be able to get beyond the Preview Inbox.
