Is it possible to easily switch between which Java version is used in Firefox? We frequently visit state websites which run java based permitting applications. Certain websites require older versions of Java to function, while others require the newer versions. We are frequently uninstalling and reinstalling various versions of Java to be able to use these sites and download our permits. Please let us know if there is a way to switch between versions without needing to uninstall and reinstall. Thanks!

Thank you for your response and the link showing how to enable and disable Java. However the problem we have is that we need to be able to easily switch between the multiple versions of Java that are installed, not just enable/disable the latest version. Some of the websites that we visit to download permits require specific older versions of Java. We have these older versions installed, along with the newest, but can't seem to find if it is possible to switch between them in Firefox without removing them and reinstalling them.
