It seems to be a virus or malware. It appears as a fake search engine substituting itself for my default Google. It may have come attached to a pirated version of SnagIt installed 09-05-11. I have tried resetting the default to Google, but it just restores to Tuxendo. I tried the suggestions online including running anti-malware software with no success. It uses the same icon as Google.
