Hyperlink won't open

I have inserted several hyperlinks in a 2010 Word document. The links will not open, but a balloon pops up saying I need to press cntrl + click. Tried that and it does nothing. All my Trust Center settings are set up correctly in Word. I don't use IE, so the MS help center is no help. Has anything changed in Firefox to cause this problem?

I found that by disabling the add on "IE Tab+" solves this problem. I've since uninstalled it and went with "IE View" instead.

Update your Firefox, version 3.6.12 is outdated.
