I have advertisements blocked and I keep getting Alerts saying Mozilla unable to connect. and this message takes up have of my home page and e-bay page. I still want the block but do not need to get the Alert. I already know it won't connect. How do I stop getting the Alert on blocks?

How are you blocking those advertisements?

AdblockPlus has an Option to Collapse blocked elements. http://adblockplus.org/forum/
