Do Help -> About Firefox and it will show you the currently installed version and also check for a newer one. 157.0 is the latest release version. You can also do Help > More Troubleshooting Information ( about:support in the address bar ) and it will show the version near the top.

On iOS the version is shown at the bottom of Settings, and update availability will be noted in your App Store listing for Firefox.
